Digital PDF books

Digital PDFs are non-refundable once generated. At checkout you consented to immediate generation and delivery of your book, which waives your statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you have any trouble accessing your download link, contact us at hello@fablebean.co.uk and we'll resend it straight away. Your file is stored securely and we can re-issue access at any time.

Print books

We want every book to arrive in perfect condition. If your print order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or is not what you ordered, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

To request a replacement or refund for a print order:

Personalised print books cannot be returned for change of mind, as permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Schedule 3). This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once story generation has begun, which happens immediately after payment. If you believe you placed an order in error before generation started, contact us as quickly as possible and we will do our best to help.
